The young man was extremely friendly, professional and great at what he did. One thing stuck out other than my brand new rugs, but I was working in my garden and he went and got something from his work vehicle and on his way back to my house he offered me a cold bottle of water! Whomever hired this young man he is a keeper! I will only use Chem Dry and Scott specifically in the future. Thank you, Stephanie!
